Returns: Creative Sewing Center offers a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us and return it for a full refund.
To return an item please contact us HERE. We will get your return processing right away and give you instructions on how to return your purchase.
Merchandise must be unopened. (Unopened means that the contents have not been removed from their original packaging and all factory seals are unbroken.)
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
If an item is returned without its original factory packaging, has been opened, or has accessories missing, a restocking fee and / or missing accessories product cost will be deducted from the refund.

Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item that is defective, contact us HERE to notify us of the problem and arrange for a repair, replacement, or exchange. Creative Sewing Center will issue a return authorization with instructions and will pay for the shipping costs.
Damaged Product: Please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and do not sign the delivery ticket. If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail us immediately. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
